  • What is your design process?
    Project Scoping: We always start with an introduction call where we get an insight into your new business and a better understanding of its needs. This will help us draw up a project scope, define a timeline and present a bespoke package for the work needed. Discovery: Depending on the service required the next step in our process usually involves workshops, mood boarding, strategy sessions, interviews & market research. This stage will define the direction we will take during the design stage. Design: Here is where the magic happens, where we connect strategy with creativity. Our talented team of designers take all the findings and insight from the discovery stage and develop great designs that fulfil the project brief and help your business stand out. We take a collaborative approach in this stage to ensure you are part of the journey and decision making. Delivery: At the end of each project, we do a handover after you have reviewed and approved all completed work. This could include sending of files, training sessions, the launch of a website and other deliverables. This is the stage where we say, “see you again soon” not “goodbye” because we believe in partnering with your business and helping your brand grow.
  • Can I come down to your office for a chat?
    We can only accept post to our London office address. Whilst we are registered and located in the UK, our team members are dotted across the globe, and benefit from the advantages of remote working. This set-up allows us to reduce our carbon footprint making us an environmentally conscious business. It also allows us to pass on the cost-saving benefits to our clients by making our services start-up budget-friendly. We do love a chat, so please do get in touch and we can arrange a video call. For our UK based clients, we may be able to arrange a chat over coffee.
  • Can you design just a logo for my business?
    To help your business stand out, we specialise in building identities that tell your brand story and we do not believe the design of a logo alone is enough to achieve this. For this reason, we don’t offer logo design as a standalone service. If you’d like to discuss further how branding can help your business and what we can do to help you achieve your goals, please get in touch and we will be happy to create a unique package for you and your business.
  • What methods of payment do you offer?
    We offer the following payment options through a secure payment service provider: Bank transfer Credit & Debit Card Interest-free instalments
  • What other fees should I be aware of?
    We are very transparent about all our fees. You should however note that you’ll be responsible for covering any font licensing where needed, subscription to platforms needed for web design, plugin costs and any third-party fees arising from your project needs. You will usually be notified of such payment prior to the purchase and payment would be required before proceeding.
  • What are your payment terms?
    Unless agreed otherwise with the client, we typically require 50% of the package price as a standard deposit and the balance is usually due at the end of such project before any final work/files are transferred. We want to make it easy and affordable for you to work with us so we are happy to create a tailored payment plan should this not work for you.
  • What if I’m not happy with the outcome of the project?
    Our processes are created to allow feedback and review at all stages. Should you not be happy at any stage, we encourage you to speak up and we will do everything we can within the scope of work to ensure you are completely satisfied at the end of the project.
  • Can I walk away from a project?
    Although we aim to walk with you right to the end, we understand that in some situations, you may not be able to continue with us. All projects can be terminated by means of a written notice to YADA via post/email. Please note upon termination, you will be liable for payment of services already received or work already completed.
